ContentT-180BT. can/t get to play on samsung smart tv. no blutooth. Bought optical cable hooked up,set from tv to optical. still wont work. Will work on iphone blue tooth.. any help??

Thank you for letting us know your concern. Here are some steps may help you.
1. Please insert the optical cable and make sure it is attached well.
2. Press " POWER ON/OFF" button to "ON" at the back of T180.
3. Press the on/off button on the remote to activate it.
4. Press "OPT" on the remote to switch into OPT mode. The mode indicatoe on the upper frot of the sound bar keeps orange when the sound bar activates OPT mode.
5. Select "Settings" on your TV or press the setting button on your TV remote, go the system Setting-Sound-External Spaeakers- Optical Output or Setting-Sound-Output- Optical. Kindly note that different TV models have different way to find this setting. Please try a few more times to find this setting on your TV.

ContentEverything is working great, execpt the auido wont play from the T.V. through the system? All aux jaxs and power is a go.

ContentI have just purchased from amazon the watch winder chioyda manufactured by your co. It is a beautiful unit, but it does not work at all by batteries or wall outlet plug in. I am returning it to Amazon. very disappointed. Any suggestions to assist me. Thank you as I have to look for another unit. Please advise
